Matt and team were great.  Very transparent on recommendation and went above and beyond to ensure I got most out of my RV manufacturer warranties. Communication was outstanding. They are busy which is understandable based on the quality of service.

Once they got my bus in for service it was a quick same day turnaround.   It went in for what could be a moderately expensive issue and instead they came back with a simple inexpensive fix, just a couple hours of labor.  They could have taken advantage of me but didn’t.  These guys are HONEST!  I will be back and will tell all my friends.

This is a busy shop...and it's busy because they are excellent.  I use them for service on my diesel motorhome.  Very knowledgeable and understand what they are about.  If you have liquid springs or a diesel use this place!

Absolutely thrilled with the service at Redmond's! First time bringing my RV there for service, won't be the last. Sooo much better than Camper's Inn. I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable time frame, and they completed work on my RV within a few days instead of several weeks. Highly recommend!

Great having a Spartan repair service close by with Redmond Service Center.  Matt does a great job communicating and listening and is honest and upfront with things.  We took our 2020 Newmar Dutch Star 4369 in for engine/generator oil and filters, air filters, fuel filters, full inspection, tire replacements and slide controller repair to get ready for the season. We're going back for a CANbus diagnostic and TPMS pairing once that's repaired.  Highly recommended.

So lucky to have found such a fantastic shop!Matt and his wife are so knowledgeable ! Diagnosed and repaired our propane issue with our generator we were so impressed that we are scheduling suspension work before we return home to the west coast!
